Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, excluding weekends and bank holidays. You'll receive a follow-up notification as soon as your order is on its way. All shipping options are fully tracked.
While we ship to most international countries, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, please get in touch at seedinservice@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it straight away.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is confirmed, you'll have 5 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were sent. We strongly recommend using tracked or recorded shipping for any returns, as items lost or damaged in transit remain the responsibility of the customer.
